Can't Login?
There are several reasons why you might be able to login.
Here are a list of the most common and solutions to help you.
Please try these first before contacting us.
- I just subscribed and my
password is not working.
Sometimes PayPal sends data to our system in an odd order
and the password is not transferred over correctly or at
all.
A way to check this is to use the forgot
password page. Use your PayPal email address to send
you your password. Once you receive the email and the password
is blank then your password was not transferred correctly.
To fix this when you login try to use a "space"
(hit the spacebar once) for the password or try and leave
the password field blank. Also be sure you are using your
PayPal email address for your username, since that is the
one used by default.
This should allow you to login. You can now change your
password from the "My Account" page. If you have
problems logging in after changing your password, read the
next solution below.
- I change my username/password
and now I can't login.
This is simply a cookie issue (not the kind you eat). Cookies
are temporary files used to keep website information to
make your life easier. WirePop uses cookies when you login
and when you click the "Remember Me" option on
the "My Account" page. Sometimes when you change
your username or password the cookie is not updated and
you get a login error.
To fix this simply delete any WirePop.com cookies that
you find in your browser cookie list. Or follow the directions
here.
- I was able to login the other
day and now I can't.
First check to see that your subscription is still active.
You should have either received an email stating the subscription
was canceled or your can look at your PayPal activity logs.
If you know your subscription is active then you may have
changed your username and password. Use the solution above
(changed username/password).
If you still have problems email
us.
